The Raise Your Voice Choir consists of 37 Gr. 5 - 8 students at Thornhill Woods P.S. in Vaughan, Ontario. They are directed by their music teacher, Ms. Brianne Whyte. The Raise Your Voice Choir has a mission to spread positivity through music. This idea came from one of the choir’s Gr. 8 students, Githmi Illamperuma, who wanted to combine her love of singing with her passion for making a difference. The positive energy and support for one another that each choir member exudes is uplifting, and really what making music is all about! Thank you for listening!
